2. Appointments & Fees
Payment is due at the time of booking or as arranged. Invoices may be provided upon request.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur the full session fee.
4. Emergency Support
This service is not suitable for crisis situations, including suicidal intent or active self-harm. In such cases, please contact your local emergency services or public mental health support.
5. Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential and comply with local and international psychological ethics. Exceptions to confidentiality include:
